SOF ERP E-Com is the operational core of the commerce ecosystem. It centralizes data and workflows for products, inventory, orders, customers and reporting, while exchanging data with the website, SOF CMS and connected services.

SOF ERP E-Com receives data from the website and connected systems through its authentication/API layer, processes it in ERP modules and persists it in the operational database. Product, inventory, order and customer data then synchronize with CMS, reporting and notification services.
